Several Muslim groups in Peshawar, Chaman and the Khyber and Mohmand agencies, are fasting from today after the moon for Ramazan, Hijri 1431, has been sighted in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Jordan, Libya and several Middle Eastern countries on Tuesday, therefore the people in these countries are observing the first day of fasting today.Meanwhile, to sight the moon of Ramazan in Pakistan, a meeting of the Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee will be held today.
