Summary
In Narowal, four young boys including 2 brothers got killed due to suffocation caused by poisonous gas in a well; where as four are still stated to be in critical condition.It is told that Mohammad Furqan of village Duddiyan was giving water to the agricultural fields when suddenly the bolt of water motor broke. To change it, he went down the 20 feet deep well of motor and got unconscious due to some poisonous gas present. To rescue Furqan, when his brother Ihsan went down the well, he also became unconscious. When their friends saw them lying unconscious inside the well, their friends Irfan, Shafeeq, Dilawar, Imran, Naveed and Zulfiqar also went down the well one by one. As each of them went down, became unconscious due to the poisonous gas. The villagers gathered around the well as soon as they got to know about this incident and tried to rescue all the boys. After a while, rescue 1122 team arrived the scene and managed to rescue all the 8 boys from the well and shifted them to Sughran Shafi Hospital and District Headquarter Hospital where the two brothers Furqan and Ihsan along with Irfan and Shafeeq died before reaching the hospital, while the remaining four boys are still being treated in the hospital and are stated to be in critical condition.
