The judicial magistrate extended the physical remand of the prime suspect in the Jinnah Hospital case, Dr Abdul Jabbar Memon, alleged of raping a nurse.Investigative officer Aslam Jutt appealed to the court that Dr Memon was too ill to be presented inside the court. Judicial magistrate went outside the court room to examine Dr Memon and after the examination; magistrate extended the remand for another three days until July 29.The lawyer of the victim nurse Javaed Chatri has backed out of her case alleging that his client is trying to trap Dr. Memon and other innocent colleagues.
