Dr. Naila Fiaz, accused of negligence which caused death of a patient in Lahore, is behind the bars from last 10 days without any evidence. Sana Javed was brought to Dr. Naila for check-up in Dharampura area of Lahore. When situation of Sana turned critical, Dr. Naila tried to shift her in Services Hospital in her car but the patient couldnt survive and died in her way to hospital. Sanas husband Jawwad Ashraf registered FIR against Dr. Naila under section 322 and 319. After the rejection of bail in Session Court on July 12, she was sent to Kot Lakhpat Jail. Dr. Nail has been jailed for last 10 days without any evidence. The accused is mother of 3 children and completed her most of medical education from the US and UK.
