Summary
A WAPDA meter reader attempted a suicide to complain against the attitude of his XEN. The meter reader tried to cut his throat with a knife. The meter readers mother was also injured in the process of saving him.An inquiry was initiated by the XEN Abdur Rahim against meter reader Khurram Shahzad, a resident of Khyaban Server. Khurram was frustrated from the inquiry and attempted suicide. Khurrams mother was injured in the process of saving his life. Both of them were shifted to district hospital.
