Lahore:Four injured as two groups exchange fire

Four people got injured in a clash between two groups over a canteen contract near Gulab Devi Hospital in Lahore on Monday. Police sources said the clash erupted when the hospital administration cancelled the bidding process for the hospitals canteen after a group asked for inclusion in the process. On this, two groups namely Maulvi Ghafar and Chaudhry Zulfiqar groups opened indiscriminate firing. Resultantly, four people of both the groups got severely injured including: Iftikhar Jat, Mustafa Jat, Mukhtar Ahmed and Aijaz Ahmed. The injured have been shifted to General Hospital.
