CJP LHC takes suo moto notice of traffic warden suspension

The Chief Justice of Lahore High Court Khawaja Mohammad Sharif took suo moto notice of suspension orders of a traffic warden from Lahore Traffic Police. The warden was suspended after he intercepted the car of a MNA. The CJP LHC demanded the report of the incident in next four days and instructed the warden to perform his regular duties.According to the details of the incident traffic warden Muhammad Azam intercepted the car of MNA Rai Gulham Kharal to check the documents of his vehicle. MNA filed a complaint against the interception with the high-ups of the warden who suspended him.
