On account of Labour Day, a labour union leader was gunned down in front of his house in Karachi.According to Police, the Gaddani Ship Breaking Labour Union leader Haji Muhammad Illayas was killed by three unidentified suspects outside his house in Orangi town. He was immediately shifted to Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. The relatives of the victim claimed that Haji Muhammad was killed due to enmity. Police have registered a case. He would be laid to rest in Karachi instead of his home town in Swat due to instability in the area.
