Supreme Court (SC) has issued stay order against demolition of Big City plaza. Justice Javed Iqbal said that he cannot allow Lahore Development Authority (LDA) to turn Lahore into a ruined city.SC was hearing a petition filed to stop LDA from demolition of illegal plazas. After the applicant gave arguments in his support the SC issued stay order against the demolition. The hearing was adjourned till Wednesday.
