16 dead after vehicle falls into ravine

At least 16 people lost their lives after a vehicle plunged into a ravine in the Kahori area of Muzaffarabad on Wednesday.According police sources, the vehicle was traveling to the Kander area when it crashed into a ravine.Police said eight persons were also injured in the accident. Rescue teams reached the spot and started relief activities. The injured and dead have been shifted to the Combined Military Hospital Muzaffarabad. PM Azad Kashmir announced Rs 50,000 each for families of the dead and Rs 25,000 each for the families of the injured.
