Skardu: man arrested for tying her sister

A man tied his widowed sister for fourteen days in Skardu. Police freed the victim and apprehended the culprit, reported Dunya News on Thursday.According to Police officials, Ibrahim, resident of neighboring village Shigri Kalan, kept his 30 year old widowed sister Fizza tied for fourteen days to seize money and house. After receiving information about illegal detention, Police raided the house and shifted the woman after freeing her. Doctors told that the victims fingers would have to be incised as the supply of blood remained stopped while she was firmly tied.
