The employees of Parks and Horticulture Authority (PHA) held a demonstration over cancellation of union elections and blocked Jail Road in Lahore, reported Dunya News on Thursday.District Coordination Officer (DCO) Lahore had cancelled PHA union elections in wake of security concerns that intimidated the employees. The employees present in Race Course Head Office tortured Additional DG Ashraf Yousufi and blocked Jail Road with water tanks.
