LAHORE: At laest 40 nurses of Ganga Ram Hospital filed a petition in the Lahore High Court heard regarding non-payment of salaries.
The counsel for nurses informed the court that his client have been appointed at the hospital on contract bases, but the management of the hospital have not been paying them salaries for the last two months.
The hospital management told the court that all the payments had been made through cheques.
The court sought record of cheques and ordered both the parties to complete their arguments on January 23.
