Summary CJ PHC Dost Muhammad has said disorder in country would remain unless rule of law is established.

He said this while addressing foundation stone laying ceremony of new projects at Darul Qaza PHC circuit.He went on to say country was facing difficulties due to misdeeds of dictators. A dictator had come here with 10 years plan but he had to retreat within a few months and he is now trying to live the life in exile.But if he now returns to country judiciary will treat him as per law and constitution, he held.It is our corporate responsibility that we play our due role in ensuring supremacy of law in the country, he stressed.What is happening in FATA and tribal areas is beyond law and what has happened in Swat is a red signal for the country, he remarked.There should be one law for the prime minister and cart pusher alike , he stressed. Courts are engaged in administering justice to the people but the bureaucracy is not departing from its habits despite courts concerted efforts, he added.Bar and bench are inter connected with each other since the very beginning, he said adding bar serves as nursery for judiciary always.This connection deepened further when a dictator tried to sabotage the system by attacking judiciary, he remarked. Then bar rendered sacrifices to save the judiciary, he held.Courts will continue to take notice unless the state departments discharge their obligations honestly, he remarked.
