Summary Four vehicles were burnt to ashes when fire erupted outside mobile companys building in Blue Area.
The incident occurred when the generator installed at the roof of the building was being filled with diesel.According to eyewitnesses and CDA officials, the generator caught fire with shot circuit when it was being filled with diesel by a vehicle standing on ground.Within an eye blink, pipes of plastic and other luggage were also affected by the fire which ultimately engulfed four vehicles standing in front of the plaza.Rescue teams were of the view that as soon as they came to know about the incident, they rushed to the site of occurrence and overcome the fire with hectic labour.Rehman Malik while taking notice of the issue has order to conduct an inquiry into the matter.
