Summary PHC Court directed the KP Interior Ministry to provide details about 198 missing persons.
According to details, the Peshawar High Court handed over report of the said missing persons to the provincial interior ministry, whose cases are under hearing in the PHC.The interior ministry has assured the PHC that it would provide details about the missing persons on weekly basis before the court.The PHC would share the details with intelligence agencies. The person involved in minor crimes would be presented before the court after they are shifted to the Interment Centers, sources said.
