Summary WASA has decided to install new tube wells and upgrade old ones to lessen water crisis.
Under the plan, water pipelines will also be spread in different areas of the city.The project has been started on the demands of the people’s representatives of Punjab government and bears a total cost of Rs 13 million.The plan is to make the provision of clean drinking water to several Union Councils in an effective and efficient way.WASA has demanded tenders for the project and the selected company will have to complete the project within 30 days after the acceptance of the tenders.
