Police Wednesday arrested a rickshaw driver red-handed when he was about to dump a dead body of a woman in Bhati Gate area.The driver alleged that a policeman had asked him to throw the body in the vicinity of another police station and he was caught while doing so.According to police, investigation was underway to reach the truth.
