Summary A landlord in Haveli Lakha area of Okara chained a youth over loan dispute.
On the report of Dunya News, police recovered a youth from a landlord who chained him for not returning loan.According to details, 15-year-old Naseer was a worker of a landlord namely Hashim of Chak Allah Din, a suburban area of Haveli Lakha.Naseer got loan of Rs 60, 000 from Hashim who tortured and chained him for delaying in payment of loan.Police raided landlord’s farmhouse on the report of Dunya News and got Naseer released who was hungry and thirsty in chains for last two days.The landlord succeeded to escape from the scene while police arrested an employee of the landlord.
