Summary The Lahore High Court has disposed of all the petitions regarding substandard oral polio vaccine.
LHC Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial heard the case and ordered the government for taking steps to eliminate polio from the country.Counsel for the Health Department informed the court that the vaccine was safe and according to international standard. He also presented polio vaccine boxes and said that all arrangements had been finalised regarding its storage.The court disposed of all the petitions regarding substandard oral polio vaccine.
