Summary Pharmacists have filed a petition in the Lahore High Court to quit their names from ECL.
The LHC resumed the hearing of the case regarding pharmacists’ names in exit control list. The counsel for the petitioners informed the court that no evidence was found that his clients were involved in the PIC drug case, therefore, their names should be quitted from the ECL.The court issued notices to home secretary and DG immigration to submit reply within a week.
