According to details, police raided a private prison of local landlords in Kheenjo area of Daharki and released at least 50 peasants.According to the peasants, rains destroyed their crops due to which they could not return loan taken from the landlords Abdul Malik Mehr and Ismail Mehr who later detained them in their private prison.The peasants said that they were forced to work during the detention along with their women and children and this continued for a year.They told that one of their relative appealed to the Ghotki Session Court and on court orders, the police conducted a raid and recovered 50 captives which included children and women.
