Summary Balochistan Home Minister Zafarullah Zehri was granted bail in kidnapping for ransom case.
Balochistan Home Minister Mir Zafarullah Zehri appeared in the court of Session Judge Rashid Mehmood on Thursday.After arguments, the court granted bail to Zehri against surety bonds of Rs 100,000.On May 31, the provincial minister had appealed to the court to grant him bail however the session court had granted him interim bail.Appellant Karim Bukhsh had filed a case of kidnapping for ransom against Mir Zafarullah Zehri in 2004 in Brewery Police Station.The complainant took the stance in the FIR that Zafarullah Zehri kidnapped his son Muhammad Hussain and detained him at some mountainous area of Khuzdar.
