Summary A wicked son chained and tried to assassinate his father to possess family property.
According to details, 75-year-old Muhammad Shafi of Mangat Nicha area of Hafizabad owns 10 acres of land and other property. He has also performed Hajj for 17 times.His son Ghulam Rasool demanded to shift the family property in his name. On refusal, accused Ghulam Rasool tortured and chained his father. He forced his father to sign the documents of the property and tried to kill him on resistance.On Muhammad Shafi’s shouting, the neighbours gathered and informed the police and Shafi was shifted to hospital for treatment.Police stated that accused Ghulam Rasool would be arrested soon.
