Dolat Khan, resident of Sanglahil had registered a case against his brother-in-law over alleged murder of his daughter Shazia in 2006. The court while declaring the man convicted ordered to keep him behind the bars.Later, the trial court verdict was challenged in the Lahore High Court where the hearing of appeal was being conducted by judges that suddenly Shazia appeared in the court room and told that she had left her home after being irritated with her husband.Furthering her statement, she said that when she was leaving for her destination, some unknown miscreants abducted her but she luckily succeeded in escaping from their cruel clutches.She requested to the court that her husband is innocent of the accusation of murder; so special orders should be issued for his release.
