Aitzaz Ahsan has said the PM has not committed contempt of court in the NRO implementation case.

Talking to the media outside Supreme Court‚ Aitzaz said Prime Ministers view is supported by the statement of Cabinet Secretary Nargis Sethi today who submitted before the court that the Prime Minister on the summary moved by the Law Division wrote that the attorney general and secretary law should take the court into confidence on the issue.He said the prime minister in his note on the summary wrote that the president who is symbol of federation enjoys immunity as long as he is in the office and he cannot be presented before a magistrate in any other country.Aitzaz Ahsan to a question said that Babar Awan should have appear before the court as a witness as he wrote the summary to the Prime Minister. He said in his view‚ the prosecution will not be able to prove the case against the prime minister.To a question‚ he said he will begin his arguments in the case from 21st of this month.
