Monsoon continues in Sindh, Punjab

Monsoon cycle continues in various cities of Punjab and Sindh. The morning rain in Lahore turned the weather pleasant whereas in Karachi the electricity went off once again following the speeding downpours. The drizzling in different parts of Lahore is in progress with different intervals and dropped the temperature. The Met Office says the temperature is likely to stay at 25 degree centigrade during next 24 hours. A partly cloudy weather along with occasional thunderstorm/ rain is likely to prevail in the city, Met Office said. Fierce rain that started with dust-storm at night in Karachi still continues with different intervals. Interior Sindh received 80 millimeters, 45 millimeters and 39 millimeters rain at Mitthi, Chor and Badin respectively. A heavy rain is likely in Sindh during next 36 hours.
