ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) - Saudi Arabia's Riyadh Air has announced the launch of direct flights to Pakistan, with operations set to begin on August 14, aiming to strengthen air connectivity between the two countries.
According to the airline, the initial phase of operations will include direct services to Islamabad and Lahore. Riyadh Air will operate one daily flight to Islamabad and three weekly flights to Lahore.
The airline said the routes will be served by its modern Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft, enhancing travel comfort and connectivity between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
Riyadh Air stated that the new services will benefit business travellers, tourists, and Umrah pilgrims, while also offering convenient connecting flights from Pakistan to destinations across Europe and the Middle East.
The airline also announced exclusive benefits for passengers through its "Safir" loyalty programme.
