Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhary has questioned that why the notice has not been served on former president Pervez Musharraf in November 03 Case. He was hearing a petition regarding restoration of two Sindh High Court former Judges. A 14-member Bench headed by CJP is hearing the case about restoration of former judges Zafar Ahmad Khan Shirwani and Abdur Rashid kalhora. Giving arguments Hamid Khan said that a seven-member larger bench of SC issued an order on the November 03 eve suspending Musharrafs PCO and directed administration not to abide by it. He said that the SC had ruled this on a petition of November 02 when Musharrafs case was still lying with the court. He said when later Justice Abdul Hameed Dogar took oath as CJP, an eight-member bench suspended the earlier decision by a seven-member bench. He said that Iqbal Tika was brought to Supreme Court to validate the November 03 steps, adding that it could not be revealed that who he was and where he came from.
