Four killed in terrorists firing on Peace Committee in Bannu

BANNU (Web Desk) – Four people were killed after terrorists opened fire on a Peace Committee here on Tuesday.
According to police, terrorists opened fire on members of the committee in the Hoed area of Bannu. The committee members were returning from a jirga in Gulbadin Landai Dak when terrorists lying in wait launched indiscriminate firing on them, resulting in the deaths of four people.
Police stated that those killed in the terrorist attack include a father and his son.
Following the incident, police cordoned off the area and launched a search operation, while the bodies of the deceased were shifted to the District Headquarters Hospital.
