Pakistan and Bahrain reaffirm naval cooperation in high-level Islamabad meeting

Bahrain Navy Commander Rear Admiral Ahmed Mohamed Ebrahim Al Bin Ali met Pakistan Navy Chief Admiral Naveed Ashraf in Islamabad to discuss maritime security and bilateral naval cooperation.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Commander of the Royal Bahrain Naval Force, Rear Admiral Ahmed Mohamed Ebrahim Al Bin Ali, visited Naval Headquarters in Islamabad and called on Admiral Naveed Ashraf, Chief of the Naval Staff of the Pakistan Navy.
Upon arrival at Naval Headquarters, the Bahraini naval chief was received by Admiral Naveed Ashraf. A smartly turned-out contingent of the Pakistan Navy presented a Guard of Honour to the visiting dignitary, reflecting the formal welcome accorded to him.

During the visit, Rear Admiral Al Bin Ali laid a floral wreath at the Shuhada Monument, paying homage to the martyrs of the Pakistan Navy and acknowledging their sacrifices in the service of the nation.
The meeting between the two naval leaders focused on matters of mutual interest, with particular emphasis on regional maritime security and evolving challenges in the maritime domain. Both sides also reviewed existing professional engagement and discussed avenues to further strengthen bilateral naval cooperation.
The discussions highlighted the importance of sustained defence collaboration, information sharing and professional interaction between the Pakistan Navy and the Royal Bahrain Naval Force. The two commanders reaffirmed their commitment to enhancing cooperation aimed at promoting maritime security and stability in the region.
