Sindh High Court dismissed Sarim Burney’s bail plea in a child smuggling and document tampering case.
KARACHI (Web Desk) - The Sindh High Court has rejected the bail plea of accused Sarim Burney in the case related to child smuggling and tampering with official documents.
A bench headed by Justice Tasneem Sultana announced the verdict on Burney’s bail application filed in connection with charges of child trafficking and document alteration.
The court dismissed his bail request. Sarim Burney was arrested two years ago by the FIA at Karachi Airport.
His bail pleas have already been rejected previously by both the Sindh High Court and the trial court.
