Summary LHC has summoned Yellow Cab Scheme Chairman Ishaq Dar and Punjab Advocate General on Feb 15.

Justice Umar Ata Bandial of Lahore High Court resumed the hearing of the case regarding embezzlement in Yellow Cab Scheme.Petitioner Hina Ehtasham informed the court that the Punjab government received Rs 3500 from every applicant as processing fee while one lac and ten thousands per head were received from each successful candidate.She said the government collected Rs2.2 billion in terms of processing fee in advance but did not spend sufficient amount on the scheme.The petitioner appealed to the court to form a judicial commission to probe into the matter. The court accepted the petition for hearing and sought the written reply from the Punjab government on Feb 15.
