The Supreme Court of Pakistan Tuesday issued the detailed verdict in NRO Implementation case, Dunya News reported. Justice Nasir-ul-Mulk who headed the 7-member bench authored the 5-page order.They were left with no other option but to issue show cause notice to the Prime Minister as to why he should not be proceeded in contempt of court, the bench said in its orders.Earlier, a show cause notice was issued Monday to the Prime Minister in a contempt of court issue regarding non-implementation of its December 16, 2009 decision on annulled National Reconciliation Ordinance 2007.The seven-member special bench headed by Justice Nasir-ul-Mulk comprising Justice Asif Saeed Khan Khosa, Justice Sarmad Jalal Osmani, Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan, Justice Ijaz Ahmed Chaudhry, Justice Gulzar Ahmed and Justice Muhammad Athar Saeed issued the show cause notice to the Prime Minister.The bench summoned the Prime Minister to appear before the court on January 19 in person.
