According to sources, the applicant Tariq Asad has provided names of two witnesses, Lt Gen (retd) Javed Ashraf Qazi and Brig (retd) Imtiaz Ahmad, to the secretary of Judicial Commission probing the memo scandal.Both the witnesses will inform the judicial commission about the personal and professional life of former ambassador to the United State Husain Haqqani.The court on January 9 had asked the applicants that they can submit the names of witnesses before January 13. However, only one of the 10 applicants has submitted the list of witnesses.
