RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) - Dr Sundas Ali, a US-based Pakistani woman, arrived at Adiala Jail to meet Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan and deliver books brought from the United States.
Speaking to media outside the prison, Dr Ali said she brings books for Khan every time she visits Pakistan. “The [PTI] founder is in solitary confinement, and he reads these books,” she explained.
She added that the books handed over to Khan on Tuesday were also brought from the US specifically for him.

Commenting on democratic values, Dr Ali said, “There is democracy in America. Many people may not like Trump, but he is still in power.”
Her visit reflects continued support for the incarcerated PTI leader, who remains in jail amid multiple legal challenges.
