KARACHI (Dunya News) – Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tessori on Monday returned the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (Amendment) Bill 2025 with objections.

Governor Sindh, Kamran Khan Tessori, termed the proposed change in sub-clause of Section 15 unacceptable and, under Article 116 of the Constitution, sent the bill back to the Sindh Assembly for reconsideration.

Tessori stated that the concerned clause should remain unamended. It must be remembered that the Sindh government had removed the requirement of a PhD for candidates applying for the position of Vice Chancellor.
