Summary
The security forces have killed three terrorists and apprehended 26 others while destroyed various tunnels and hideouts in various parts of Malakand Division. According to an update issued by ISPR Friday, security forces conducted search and clearance operation at Badar and Sar colony and destroyed 7 tunnels, 8 hideouts, 1 training center and killed one terrorist and apprehended 26 others. The security forces conducted search and clearance operation at Tiligram and Qila and recovered 3 IEDs, 5 Kgs explosives and a Hilux van, under the use of the terrorists. During search and clearance operation two terrorists were killed in Gujro Kille near Malam Jaba. A terrorist center was destroyed and few terrorists were also killed and wounded at Kuz Darmal near Lower Dir. Meanwhile, as part of relief activities, 1200 tons of rations from the Army quota and other items have been distributed amongst the IDPs of Malakand and 50 tons of rations from the quota of Army have been placed each at Malakand Fort, Chakdara and Mingora as Repatriation Package for the IDPs.
