ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Minister of State for Interior, Talal Chaudhry, on Tuesday said that ban on Indian-sponsored terrorist organisation Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) and its sub-group, the Majeed Brigade is in fact victory for Pakistan.
Talal Chaudhry said that the United States has accepted Pakistan's stance regarding the BLA and Majeed Brigade, and this is the result of our successful diplomacy.
He said that the banned BLA and Majeed Brigade are proxies of India, and the sponsors of Fitna-e-Hindustan will soon be listed among terrorists as well. The ban on an India-sponsored terrorist organisation is a victory for Pakistan, he said.
Talal Chaudhry further said that Pakistan’s stance is now being recognised across the world, including in the US and Europe. He accused India of funding and training terrorist groups, adding that both Pakistani soldiers and civilians have rendered sacrifices in the fight against terrorism.
He further said that these terrorists attacked schools and religious seminaries just to earn dollars. He added that the US decision will help Pakistan in its fight against terrorism.
