Woman, child killed after drinking poisonous tea in Pattoki

PATTOKI (Dunya News) – A woman and her four-year-old son were killed after drinking poisonous tea in Pattoki, a city in the Kasur District of the Punjab province, on Tuesday, Dunya News reported.
According to details, the woman made tea for herself and three children in Habibabad area and condition of all of them deteriorated after drinking the tea. They were rushed to hospital, however, the woman and four-year-old son died before reaching hospital.
According to rescue sources, two children were later shifted to Lahore due to their critical condition.
