Duration of Loadshedding in most parts of Punjab has decreased due to a notification issued by the officials of Punjab government but loadshedding continues in other parts of the country. Loadshedding hours in rural areas of Punjab has decreased upto 8 hours only after NEPRA issued a notice to LESCO. According to PEPCO officials, loadshedding hours in most part of the country will decrease after the Mangla power plant is fixed. Loadshedding is Peshawar worsens as they have increased the hours from 8 hours to 12 hours. Power crisis in the country has also affected the industrial sector deficiently.
