Rear Admiral Pakistan Navy Muhammad Asif Sandila has said that Pakistan would also play its role in international operation against Somali pirates and PNS Badar has departed for that. Addressing the journalists in Karachi he said that Somali pirates scores are becoming dangerous for the international community. The government of Pakistan wants to improve its images in the world and Navys special ship has been sent to stop piracy, he told. Pakistan Navy has state of the art combat equipment, however, it needs to improve, he added. Rear Admiral further said that a new Ship provided by China in September 2009 would be included in Pakistan Navy.
