Chief of the Army Staff General Ashfaq Pervaiz Kayani called on Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani and briefed him about the ongoing military operation in Malakand Division. The Prime Minister said the nation is proud of its armed forces particularly those who laid their lives for the national cause. They discussed matters relating to national security. The Army Chief also apprised the Prime Minister about his recent visits to France, Germany and Russia.
