Majority support creation of new provinces in Dunya News survey

LAHORE (Dunya News) – The creation of new provinces has become sine qua non for prosperity in the country as is evident from a survey conducted by Dunya News.
The addition of new federating units would also pave the way for better governance, the survey shows.

On the social media site, 76 percent responded in favour of more provinces, 19 percent voted against the formation of new provinces and five percent did not give any answer.

On Twitter, 71 percent answered in support of new provinces. 24 percent voted against it and five percent did not give any response.

On the Dunya News website, 80 percent responded that the new provinces should be formed for better governance, 18 percent answered against it and two percent did not give their response.
