Court accepts Fawad's absence leave in the case hearing
LAHORE (Dunya News) - Former federal minister Fawad Chaudhry’ absence leave for hearing of May 9 arson cases has been accepted.
Lahore anti-terrorism court (ATC) duty judge Arshad Javed heard Fawad Chaudhry’s bail pleas in five cases of arson on May 9.
During the hearing, former federal minister Fawad Chaudhry sought absence leave for one day which was accepted by the court.
The court directed to extend the interim bail of Fawad Chaudhry until October 28.
In the last hearing of the case, Fawad Chaudhry's lawyer, Zafar Iqbal, submitted a request for attendance relief, citing health issues as the reason.
The court approved the request and extended the interim bail until October 5, today.
