ATC Islamabad issues non-bailable arrest warrants of KP CM Gandapur

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad on Saturday issued non-bailable arrest warrant of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Khan Gandapur and former deputy speaker of Punjab Assembly Wasiq Qayyum Abbasi.
The court also issued non-bailable arrest warrants of former Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Amir Mehmood Kayani and Raja Rashid Hafeez whereas Umar Tanveer Butt was declared a proclaimed offender by the court.
It must be noted that cases were registered in I-9 Police Station against the PTI leaders.
Meanwhile, Justice Tahir Abbas Sipra accepted PTI Senator Faisal Javed Khan’s request of expemtion from the hearing while adjourning it till Oct 3.
