ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – A significant reduction in the visa appointment timing for application has been introduced by the US Embassy.
According to sources, the US Embassy has reduced the visa appointment timing from 440 days to 230 days.
The embassy has been processing 10,000 applications in a month.
The sources said the Pakistani students were given priority and the timings for tourism, business and student categories had been reduced by a half.
The sources informed immigrant visa applications were also being processed on a priority basis.
