PESHAWAR (Dunya News) - A special flight, arranged by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government, carrying Pakistani students from Bishkek landed at the Peshawar airport late Sunday night, Dunya News reported.

According to a press release issued by chief minister house, the fifth and final special flight, arranged by KP government, brought back 287 stranded Pakistani students from the capital of Kyrgyzstan.

Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur and his cabinet members were present at the airport to receive the students.

About 1500 people including students were brought back home through five special flights of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government. Sources informed that the KP government has spent Rs 140 million to arrange special flights to bring back stranded students.
