PTI leader Amir Mughal gets post-arrest bail

He granted bail against Rs. 50,000 surety bonds
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Islamabad anti-terrorism court (ATC) has granted post-arrest bail to Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) leader Amir Masood Mughal.
ATC’s Judge Tahir Abbas Sapra approved the bail against Rs. 50,000 surety bonds.
Police has submitted the record in the court and prosecutor has informed the court about the case.
Accused Amir Mughal’s counsel Ali Bukhari Advocate appeared before the court. Court approved the post-arrest bail of Amir Mughal after hearing the arguments of all parties.
It is pertinent to note that CDA and police has sealed the PTI central secretariat located at Sector G8/4 in Islamabad for violating by-building laws.

PTI leader Amir Mughal was arrested for resistance during the demolition operation and alleged attack on police and CDA officials.
A case was registered against him in Karachi Company police station under ATA sections.
