KARACHI (Dunya News) - The Sindh High Court (SHC) has ordered the Ministry of Defence (MoD) to submit a report after acquiring information from agencies about recovery of missing persons since 2018. 

A two-member bench, headed by Justice Naimatullah Phulpoto, heard the recovery of missing persons case today. 

During the hearing, family of missing person Abdullah from Manghopeer appeared before the court. 

The court ordered the ministry to acquire reports from agencies and submit them in court in next hearing. It also directed the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to acquire travel agency’s report on missing persons.

The SHC summoned deputy inspector general (DIG) investigation to appear with progress reports in missing person Abdullah case and adjourned the hearing until Aug 21.
